About the Journal
Dear readers, authors, and reviewers,
We are pleased to announce that this Revista academic journal is currently undergoing a transition, completing a lengthy period of change. The journal will leave its original institution, the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos, which has housed it for decades, to be based at the Federal University of São Paulo, where it will be jointly managed by this institution and the Federal University of Recôncavo da Bahia. At the end of this process, the journal will be renamed "Social Sciences in Review". We look forward to welcoming all of you to our new website (https://periodicos.unifesp.
However, the migration of data and files between the systems of the respective institutions entails some complexity and we expect it to take two to three weeks. For this reason, we anticipate that the journal's website will be offline for part of April. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
We also clarify that the evaluation of submitted manuscripts will resume as soon as the system is restored.
Lastly, we would like to inform you that the submission deadline for the dossier "Memory, Conflicts, and Relations" will be reopened for approximately ten days once the system is restored by the end of April.
