Contemporary sociabilities: Pelourinho as an announcer of manners and fashions

The central theme of this article is fashion, as a way of being the identity of a city, of a place, and of a group. We chose Pelourinho, in Salvador, as a space to be investigated, aiming to understand how the interactions between gestures, spaces, temporalities, and movements can generate natural sociability through the everyday sociocultural practices of a particular place.
