The article analyzes multiple modalities of practices and experiences that design and materialize child-juvenile sexual abuse as a crime of Rape of Vulnerable. The methodology used in the research was multilocated ethnography associated with interviews and document analysis. Taboos and silences involving this type of phenomenon hinder the perception of children and adolescents about sexual experiences imposed by adults. Secrecy is one of the main strategies of aggressors to maintain the abusive bond and its rupture requires the victim to change perception about contradictory feelings triggered in this process. Broken the secret and carried out the denunciation, the work of the civil police begins. More than one adult-imposed sexual situation is required for an event to be considered Vulnerable Rape. However, the production of the materiality of the crime involves complex and time consuming practices that often seem incomprehensible to victims, which can generate disbelief in the police and regret of the complaint.
