Costing of social security in Brazil and welfare State

The objective of this essay was to analyze the sources of costing for social security in Brazil, from the Eloy Chaves Law, in 1923, to contemporary times, having as a landmark the Federal Constitution of 1988. It argues about the relevance of funding sources for policies of social security, these being little present in academic analyzes and governmental proposals. We sought to: analyze the evolution of security costs; discuss your single budget and reflect the social protection policies between insurance and social security in Brazil. There is an expansion of social insurance until the construction of legal bases for the establishment of a welfare state with CF / 88.
